Refund and Return Policy – barchettaparts.eu

At barchettaparts.eu, we strive for satisfied customers. Is your order not entirely to your liking? Then you can make use of your right of withdrawal. Read below how you can return your order and what the conditions are.

1. Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-off Period)

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product.

You will then be credited the full order amount including any shipping costs (of the outbound shipment). Only the costs for returning from your address to barchettaparts.eu are at your own expense.

2. Exceptions

Returns are not possible for:

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Products that are clearly used or damaged after receipt

  • Sealed products where the seal has been broken (if applicable)

Packaging
We request that you keep the original packaging as intact as possible. If you return the product, you should pack it carefully and neatly. If the packaging is damaged while it could have been easily opened without damage, we may, within reason, charge costs for the depreciation of the product.

Sealed packaging
Some products are delivered with sealed packaging. When you break this seal, the 14-day right of withdrawal expires. In that case, the purchase is final.

 

 

3. Return Conditions

For a valid return:

  • The product is complete and in its original condition/packaging

  • You report your return via email or our return form

  • The return shipment is received by us within 14 days after withdrawal

4. Reporting a Return

Send an email to shop@barchettaparts.eu stating:

  • Your order number

  • The product you want to return

  • Reason for return

We will confirm your return by email and provide further instructions.

5. Refund

After receipt and inspection of your return, you will receive the purchase amount refunded within 14 days via the same payment method you used for payment. If the products are not in their original condition, we may charge a depreciation fee.

6. Exchange?

Do you want to exchange an item? Then first contact us via shop@barchettaparts.eu, and we’ll look at the possibilities together.

7. Received a Damaged or Incorrect Item?

Is your order damaged or incorrectly delivered? Contact us within 48 hours of receipt via shop@barchettaparts.eu. If possible, send photos of the product and packaging so we can help you quickly.
